TitleSphere Through Zapier

Summary

Zapier serves as an interface between applications. It allows you to easily connect TitleSphere to MailChimp, Bomb Bomb, Paperless Pipeline and over 4000 others. Zapier does this through Zaps. Zaps allow you to decide when and how data is shared between applications.

For instance:

When something happens in Application A, do this other thing in Application B. The first part of that is called the Trigger in Zapier, and the second part is called the Action.

Examples include:

  • When a new customer is added in mailchimp --> Create the same people in TitleSphere account.
  • When a new contact is added in Bombomb.com --> Create the same people in TitleSphere account.
  • When a new contact is added in Zillow connect --> Create the same people in TitleSphere account.
  • When a new contact is added in Constant Contact --> Create the same people in TitleSphere account.

Steps to Create Zap

  1. Login to your Zapier account.
  2. Click on “Create Zap”.
  3. Enter the name of the zap.
  4. Select the Trigger App which can be any apps which you want to sync with TitleSphere.
  5. Choose the trigger event on selecting the trigger app.
  6. You will get to login to the trigger app for authorization.
  7. Now in the action, Select the TitleSphere and choose the event.

Test your Zap

You'll see a test at the end of each Trigger, Action, and Filter step.

  1. Click [Test This Step] then perform the requested options to test the step.
  2. Correct any errors identified or proceed with the remainder of the Zap if everything tests fine.

Turn on your Zap

You will be asked whether you want to turn your Zap on when you finish creating a Zap. If you've tested your Zap and are comfortable with the results, you can turn it on at that point.
